Silks Club Membership Rewards Scheme valid from 28 February 2019
How to apply
- 1. If you've already registered for online booking. with Silks Hotel Group, clikck 'Apply Now' below and sign in with your username and sign in with your username and password.
- 2. If you haven't registered online previously, click ‘Apply Now’ and complete the registration process. A confirmation email will be sent from our system to the email address you provided in your application. You will be able to start enjoying membership benefits once you activate your account.
How to collect nights
- Please inform the reception staff that you are member of the rewards scheme when checking in and they will be delighted to assist you. You can log onto the SILKS CLUB MEMBERSHIP REWARDS SCHEME page after checking out to see if your nights have been credited to your account. Please speak to the receptionists if you have any concerns.
Rewards terms & conditions
- 1. Only bookings that are made directly through our official site or by phone are valid for rewards, and it cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Reward nights are subject to one actual occupant per room per night and cannot be combined or accumulated twice.
- 2. Reward nights are valid for one year from the day you check out; it will be considered void if collected after that.
- 3. Reward nights are non-transferable.
- 4. The Scheme is valid from 28 February 2019, and it enables you to start collecting nights from that date onwards.
Redeeming reward nights
- 1. When you collect five nights within a qualifying year, you can log onto the Silks Club Membership Rewards Scheme page and click ‘Redeem Now’ to select one night in a qualifying room. Your e-voucher (one weekday night, with breakfast) will be available after you click ‘Confirm’; or go to ‘Redeem History’ to view redemptions.
- 2. You will receive an e-voucher (available for one weekday night, with breakfast) for the same type of room as the five nights you collected. If you stayed in different types of rooms for the five nights collected, you will receive an e-voucher for the most affordable room (one weekday night, with breakfast).
- 3. Our rooms are categorized from ‘Most Affordable’, including【Deluxe King/Twin】→【Premier King/Twin】→【Premier King Harbor View】→【Studio Deluxe King】→【Junior Suite】→【Junior Suite Harbor View】→【Deluxe Suite King/Twin】.
- 4. When you have collected five nights, you can redeem one complimentary night in a
qualifying room.
Using an e-voucher for booking
- Log onto the Silks Club Membership Rewards Scheme page to redeem your e-vouchers. Go to ‘Redeem History’, then click ‘Book Now’ to complete your booking. You will receive a confirmation email from us shortly after making the booking. If you don't, please contact our booking team on +886 7-973-0189.
E-voucher Terms
- 1. The e-voucher expires six months (180 days) from the redemption date, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- 2. It is valid for weekdays (with breakfast) throughout the year, except national holidays. There will be an additional charge for peak season.
- 3. Room upgrade available at an extra charge. An additional charge will be applied for a third or fourth occupancy.
- 4. The e-voucher cannot be used at the same time as the time of purchase.
- 5. The e-voucher can be transferred to a third party.
Claiming missing nights
- 1. Log onto the Silks Club Membership Rewards Scheme page and enter the check-in and checkout dates under the claim section before submitting the request. The hotel will notify you of the outcome within five working days after reviewing your case.
- 2. The claims service is only available online. We do not accept claims made by phone or post.
Claiming missing rewards terms
- 1. Nights can only be claimed within 3 months (90 days) from the checkout day. Claims made after this time will be declined.
- 2. The name on the reservation must be the same as the individual making the claim; nights are not transferable.
- 3. The total nights claimed will be redeemable for one years from the checkout day (not from the date of claim). Nights will become void after this time.

- Silks Club reserves the right to interpret, amend or terminate the Rewards Scheme. Any other matters not set out in the procedures shall be resolved in accordance with Silks Club’s regulations and interpretation, revised conditions may be announced at any time
