  • 1.If you have an online booking account with the Silks Hotel Group, please click the “Log In” button above to sign in to your account.
  • 2.If you have not yet signed up for a Silks Hotel Group online booking account, please click the “Join Now” button below and then fill in your basic information. You will receive an automatic confirmation email to your preferred address, where you will be asked to confirm your email and activate your account. Upon successful activation, you will be ready to start accumulating points and enjoying your rewards!
How to Accumulate Your Points
  • At the time of check-in, please inform the Front Desk staff that you are a Silks Select guest. Upon check-out, confirm that your reward points have been added to your account. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Member Benefits and Restrictions
  • 1.Points are accumulated with each overnight stay totaling NT$3,600 or more per night. One point is earned for every NT$10 spent on accommodation, inclusive of the original NT$3,600 rate.
  • 2.Only one guest per room may claim points for each night's stay. In addition, guests may not claim points for additional rooms booked under their name during the same night's stay.
  • 3.This program may not be used in conjunction with other promotions, travel vouchers, or airline miles plans.
  • 4.Each accumulated point is to be redeemed within two (2) years of the check-out date in which it was earned.
  • 5.Accumulated rewards points are non-transferrable to other members.
  • 6.The Silks Select Rewards program is available from January 15, 2018 (inclusive), and is redeemable only thereafter.
  • 7.Points may not be used on the day of arrival without prior notice. To redeem electronic offers listed online, you must make a reservation through the hotel's official website, or via telephone at least seven (7) days in advance. Redemption of paper coupons is subject to the listed terms. The hotel reserves the right to final interpretation.
  • 8.Points have no fixed or determinable cash value and cannot be redeemed as such.
  • 9.All rewards are subject to availability. The number of Points required for specific rewards are subject to change at any time.
Application
  • 1.Applications to redeem points for an overnight stay may require up to thirty (30) days for confirmation before appearing on your account.
  • 2.Points may only be claimed by the user of the account, and the name must match the name of the reservation.
  • 3.An application to claim points may be filled in following check-out. After confirmation from the hotel, the earned points are available to use for up to two (2) years, with the validity period beginning from the date of check-out.
Remarks
  • 1.Points are applicable for reservations made through the hotel’s official website or by telephone. Group wholesale prices, travel industry rates, employee discounts, and reservations made through third-party booking sites are not applicable for this rewards program.
  • 2.Silks Place Tainan reserves the final right to interpretation, or to change the provisions of the program without advanced notice.
