This offer is applicable to organizers, co-organizers, supporting units, and exhibitors participating in exhibitions, conferences, or events held at ICC Tainan (Tainan International Convention Center).
Upon check-in, guests must present valid proof of participation for the event during the stay period and complete check-in in person. If no valid identification is provided, the Best Available Rate of the day will apply.
Acceptable identification includes: official listing of the organizing or co-organizing unit on the event website/platform, exhibitor certification or badge, invitation letter, pre-event notice, registration confirmation QR code for attendees/participants. (Complimentary admission tickets or entry tickets are not eligible.)
This offer is not applicable to group bookings of 8 rooms or more.
Blackout Dates: Lunar New Year and consecutive public holidays.

★ High-Speed Rail Add-on Offer:

For bookings made via the official website with HSR tickets for travel between March 1 and May 31, 2026, enjoy 25% off on weekdays (Monday–Thursday) and 15% off on weekends (Friday–Sunday) and during peak travel periods. A round-trip ticket for two between Taipei and Tainan can save up to NT$1,360.
Outside the above travel period, enjoy 22% off on weekdays and 15% off on weekends and peak travel periods. Concession tickets (senior, disabled, child tickets) are priced at 50% of the full fare as per HSR station pricing and are not eligible for additional discounts.

The entire hotel is non-smoking and prohibits pets from entering guest rooms and public spaces.
