- The guest must have at least one birthday celebrant for the current month, and present identification (ID card, health insurance card, or passport) to confirm eligibility based on the Gregorian calendar.
- Each person is limited to one room. Please present identification during check-in for VIP treatment arrangements.
- Check-in time is after 15:00, and check-out time is before 11:00 on the day of departure.
- Enjoy a self-service breakfast at Just Café the following day (serving time: 07:00-10:30).
- Complimentary unlimited access to Just Café's welcome refreshments: freshly ground coffee, hot tea, and nostalgic snacks (daily from 13:00-24:00).
