1. The Uber Ride voucher is valid for one month from the check-in date. It will expire if not used within the validity period and cannot be reissued or extended.
2. Housekeeping Services: During your consecutive stay, we will only collect trash and replace towels. Regular room cleaning is not provided. If additional full cleaning (including bed linen and pillowcase changes) is required for reasons other than force majeure, a cleaning fee of NT$600 per room per night will be charged.
