Stay First at Silks Place Taroko

🌳To support green travel and a sustainable future, we invite you to bring your own toiletries (including toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shower cap, and shaving supplies). If you need any amenities during your stay, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist.

  • This package is exclusively available through reservations on the official website.
  • One night stay in the Garden View Room (additional surcharges will be applied for upgrading to other room types)
  • Wellesley Restaurant breakfast
  • Complimentary mini bar (without replenishment)
  • Social Hour daily at 4:30-5:30 PM in the Lobby Gallery
  • Meal service format, location, and timing may vary based on restaurant operations.
  • Additional service: Shuttle bus service to and from Hualien airport/train station, $500 for adults and $300 for children aged under 12 years, please make the reservation 3 days in advance. Please refer to the hotel's shuttle schedule.
  • If you'd like to add dinner to your reservation, please leave a note in the booking remarks or call us to reserve. Dinner at Wellesley Restaurant: NT$1,380+10% per adult, NT$780+10% per child (ages 6–12). For dinner reservations, please call (03) 869-1290 (available from 12:00 to 20:00).

  • One night stay in the Deluxe Honeymoon Room or Luxury Deluxe Twin at Promisedland Resort & Lagoon (additional surcharges will be applied for upgrading to other room types)

  • Scenic boat tour within the resort (15 minutes rides)
  • Complimentary use of resort recreational facilities (spa treatments not included)
  • Scheduled shuttle service (advance reservation required by 6:00 PM daily). Please refer to the hotel's shuttle schedule.

    -To support the government policy with the goal environmental protection and reduce plastic wastes, guests are encouraged to bring their own amenities. We will only provide shampoo & shower gel  in the guest room. Other disposable amenities will no longer be deployed.

Silks Place Taroko：

  • Breakfast provided by the number of people in the room.
  • Additional surcharges will be applied to the 3rd and the 4th person in the same room (including breakfast): adults for NT$1,980 per person, and children aged 6-12 years for NT$1,100 per person.
  • Additional surcharges will be applied on specific days: S days will charge NT$3,960 per night, A+ days will charge NT$3,300 per night, A days will charge NT$2,200 per night, B+ days will charge NT$1,760 per night, B days will charge NT$1,100 per night.
  • Please refer to the Silks Place Taroko Calendar for specific days.
  • This package offer cannot be combined with other promotions or accommodation vouchers, and it is not eligible for accumulation under the “i Stay Green Loyalty Reward Program”. On-site changes to the package at check-in will not be accepted.
  • Additional surcharges will be applied for upgrading to other room types.​

     

Promisedland Resort & Lagoon Hualien: (Check-in with accommodation voucher)

  • The package includes accommodation and breakfast for two guests. Additional guests will be charged according to the hotel’s standard rates.
  • Additional surcharges will be applied to the 3rd and the 4th person in the same room (including breakfast): adults for NT$1,320 per person, and children aged 6-11 years for NT$660 per person.
  • Applicable on weekdays (Monday to Thursday). A surcharge of NT$800 per room per night applies on peak days, NT$2,200 on weekends, and NT$3,000 on consecutive holidays.
  • Please check the Promisedland Resort & Lagoon website for the official calendar and date definitions.
  • For weekend and consecutive holiday stays, dinner must be added to the package.
  • The package cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
  • The voucher expires on September 30, 2025. Expired vouchers will not be accepted, and no extensions, refunds, or replacements will be issued for lost vouchers.
  • Reservations must be made in advance. Guests should notify the hotel of voucher usage and provide the voucher number at booking. The original voucher must be presented at check-in. Vouchers that are damaged, altered, or missing the hotel’s official stamp will be considered invalid.
