  • Free cancellation deadline: Cancel by 23:59, 3 days prior to check-in (inclusive) to receive a full refund with no handling fee.
  • Late policy: Cancellations, changes, or no-shows beyond the deadline will follow the “Standard Contract for Individual Tourists Booking Directly with Tourist Hotels” issued by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
