Accommodation Tax Information
As announced by Osaka Prefecture, accommodation tax was introduced as a non-statutory purpose tax starting January 1, 2017. All guests must pay the accommodation tax upon check-in.
- Room fee (one night per person) – tax amount:
- Less than ¥5,000 – No tax
- ¥5,000 or more and less than ¥15,000 – ¥200
- ¥15,000 or more and less than ¥20,000 – ¥400
- ¥20,000 or more – ¥500
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation on the check-in date: 100% of the room rate will be charged.
- Cancellation within 2 days before check-in: 30% of the room rate will be charged.
- Cancellation within 3–7 days before check-in: 10% of the room rate will be charged.
- Cancellations up to 7 days before check-in: Free of charge.
