Accommodation Tax Information
As announced by Osaka Prefecture, accommodation tax was introduced as a non-statutory purpose tax starting January 1, 2017. All guests must pay the accommodation tax upon check-in.

  • Room fee (one night per person) – tax amount:
    • Less than ¥7,000 – No tax
    • ¥7,000 or more and less than ¥15,000 – ¥100
    • ¥15,000 or more and less than ¥20,000 – ¥200
    • ¥20,000 or more – ¥300

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation on the check-in date: 100% of the room rate will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 2 days before check-in: 30% of the room rate will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 3–7 days before check-in: 10% of the room rate will be charged.
  • Cancellations up to 7 days before check-in: Free of charge.
