After clicking on "Log In" you may follow the link for a forgotten email address. Fill in the required information and follow the instructions given.

Please confirm that you listed the correct email address on your application and correct it if not. If your listed address is correct, check your email's spam folders.

Log in to your account using your email address and password, then click the Member Profile page.

Reward Points Accumulation

When checking-in, inform the front desk staff that you are a Silks Select Rewards member and provide them with your account. Upon check-out, confirm that your reward points were posted to your account. Please notify us of any discrepancies.

You may accumulate points only from bookings made directly through the hotel's official website or by telephone. The program cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. Additionally, points may only be accumulated for overnight stays which occurred after the program's official start date of January 15, 2018.

Vouchers and promotions sold at travel fairs will not count toward point accumulation for this program.

No. Reward points for this program can only be accumulated once by a singular guest, and for only one room per night.

Points are valid for two years from the date of check-out. Expired points are not redeemable.

How to Redeem

Please log in using your Silks Select Rewards or Silks Hotel Group online booking account. After logging in, you can check all of your accumulated points on the Accommodation Record page. You can check on the upcoming expiring points by viewing the Offers page. 

Please check and confirm that your reward points have not expired. Reward points are valid for a maximum of two (2) years from the date of check-out.

Redeeming Hotel Accommodation Vouchers

Please log in on the Silks Select Rewards program page. You can check all of the information for your electronic accommodation vouchers on the Rewards Earned page. 

No. Expired vouchers are not redeemable. Vouchers are only valid for 180 days (6 months) after the date in which they were claimed.

Yes. You may transfer your electronic voucher to anyone. Step 1: provide your electronic hotel voucher number to your friend or family member. Step 2: find the hotel's website and fill in the electronic hotel voucher's number on the booking page. Search and choose the correct room package to complete your booking.

No. Complimentary accommodation vouchers may not be used during a holiday. Redemption of vouchers is subject to the listed terms. The hotel reserves the right to final interpretation.

No. Accommodation vouchers cannot be used for room types other than the one listed. In addition, surcharges will be levied for the third guest and beyond staying in the same room.

No. The voucher may only be used for future bookings made at least seven (7) days in advance.

Retroactive Accumulation of Reward Points

You may reclaim your reward points within thirty (30) days of checking out. However, an application to reclaim your points from a previous stay may only be submitted by the person who stayed at the hotel, and those points cannot be transferred. Please log in to the program's webpage and select the correct reward program and list both the check-in and check-out dates of your stay on the Claim Your Points page. 

Please double check the reclaimed application terms and conditions. Applications to retroactively claim points for a previous overnight stay must be submitted by the person who stayed at the hotel and only through the name listed on their reservation. Those overnight stays cannot be transferred to another name. In addition, only applications made within thirty (30) days after checking out will be accepted.
