Yes, the additional surcharges will be incurred for upgrading to other room type and to the 3^rd and the 4^th person in the same room.

Reclaim Application

The overnights within 90-days (starting from check-out day) can be reclaimed. However, reclaim application should be submitted by the same person who has literally stayed at hotel, and those overnights cannot be transferred. Please log in on the program website, choose Reward program, Check-in and Check-out date before submitting on Reclaim Application page. The verifying process will take 5 working days and we will reform you of the results.

Please check reclaimed application terms and conditions again. Reclaim application should be submitted by the same person who has literally stayed at hotel, and those overnights cannot be transferred.
