  • Please provide valid documentation at check-in, including ID card, passport, Alien Residence Certificate, NHI Card, or driver’s license.
  • The "First Visit" promotion is valid for visitors who have not been previously registered on the Silks Club Kaohsiung system. Please provide your name and contact number when making your reservation.
  • If required documentation is unavailable at check-in, the room rate on the day will apply.
  • Guests meeting the promotion criteria are entitled to one special rate room per person per day.
  • The MeNGo card is provided based on the number of occupants and the length of stay. The cardholder gift and admission ticket to ALIEN Art Centre are a one-time offer, and not extendable to subsequent stays.
  • The offer is eligible for earning Membership Rewards , exclusively for our first-time guests. It is not applicable to accompanying guests who have previously stayed with us.

Cancellation of booking within 14 days to arrival will subject to the following amount of deposit to be forfeited :
30% for 10 to 13 days, 50% for 7 to 9 days, 60% for 4 to 6 days, 70% for 2 to 3 days，80% for 1 day, 100% for on day of arrival or No Show.
